Shipping policy

All Sharon Teresa Studio orders are prepared and packed with care from our Charleston studio.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During collection releases, pre-order periods, or periods of high demand, processing may take additional time. You will be notified if a significant delay is anticipated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after your shipment notification is sent.

Sharon Teresa Studio ships within the United States only at this time.

Transit & Delivery Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times and delivery are outside our direct control. Sharon Teresa Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier that require follow-up through the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking at hello@sharonteresastudio.com. Include your order number and photographs of both the outer packaging and the product. We will review each situation carefully and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are unable to process damage claims submitted after the 48-hour window has closed.

Lost or Missing Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure delivery areas, then contact your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at hello@sharonteresastudio.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

A Note on Small-Batch Production Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, slight natural variations in appearance may occur. These variations are part of the character of the work and do not affect product quality or performance.
